Free job application tracker · No signup
Keep your job search organized in one private tracker
Save the role, company, application date, job link, status, and notes for each opportunity. Update the record as it moves from saved to applied, interview, offer, rejected, or withdrawn.
Start tracking applications
Open the tracker, add a role and company, then update the status whenever the application changes. Your records stay in this browser.
Open the free application trackerWhat you can track
- Job title and company name.
- Saved, applied, interview, offer, rejected, or withdrawn status.
- Application date and a safe link to the job posting or employer portal.
- Follow-up details, interview notes, contacts, and next steps.
- Up to 100 applications in the current browser.
A simple weekly tracking routine
- Add each promising role before the posting disappears.
- Change the status to applied immediately after submission.
- Record the date, portal link, contact, and any promised follow-up.
- Update interview rounds and preparation notes in one place.
- Review open applications weekly and close records that are no longer active.
Private browser storage
The tracker does not require an account. Records are stored in local browser storage on the device you are using. ATS Clarity does not upload those entries to an account database.
Because local records do not automatically follow you to another device or browser, keep a separate backup of information you cannot afford to lose. Clearing browser data may remove saved applications.
Move from job research to application
The same workspace includes saved jobs, resume matching, evidence-based tailoring, cover letters, and PDF or DOCX export. You can copy the current job into the tracker instead of retyping the role and company.
Use the job description keyword extractor while researching and the free resume tailor before submitting.
Is the job application tracker free?
Yes. The tracker and every current ATS Clarity feature are free without signup, a payment card, or a trial deadline.
