By using ATS Clarity, you agree to use the service responsibly and understand the limits of its analysis.
Informational service
ATS Clarity provides automated, informational feedback about the relationship between resume text and a job description. It does not provide legal, employment, recruitment, or professional career advice.
No employment guarantee
Scores and suggestions are estimates produced by ATS Clarity's own matching rules. They are not official results from an employer or applicant tracking system and do not guarantee an interview, offer, or other outcome.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing your application and ensuring every statement is accurate. Do not use suggestions to claim experience, education, licenses, or certifications you do not possess.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, use automated traffic that harms availability, or use ATS Clarity for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Features and these terms may be updated as ATS Clarity develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATS Clarity is provided without warranties and is not responsible for employment decisions, missed opportunities, or losses resulting from reliance on an analysis.
