Refund Policy
ATS Clarity Premium is sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle processes payments, cancellations, and approved refunds under its buyer terms and refund policy.
Refund eligibility
Except where required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable. Paddle may approve refunds at its discretion, including where mandatory consumer rights apply or a material technical problem prevents access to the Premium service. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Requesting a refund
Request a refund through the support link in your Paddle receipt, through the billing portal linked from your ATS Clarity account, or at Paddle.net. Include the email address used at checkout and the relevant transaction details. You may also contact support@atsclarity.com first if a product issue needs investigation.
Technical problems
If Premium access is missing or a paid feature does not work as described, contact ATS Clarity support with a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, identity documents, or a complete resume. We will try to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, support a refund request handled by Paddle.
Cancellation
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund an earlier charge. Unless Paddle or applicable law provides otherwise, Premium access continues until the end of the paid billing period. You can cancel through the secure billing portal linked from your ATS Clarity account or through Paddle's buyer support.
After a refund
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider. Premium access connected to the refunded purchase may end when Paddle confirms the refund.
Paddle policies
Eligibility and processing are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms, together with applicable consumer law.
